Joseph and Jennifer Stansel moved their family from Idaho to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Self-described spontaneous adventurers, Joseph said they searched America for the ideal place to call “home.” Hot Springs Village was a compelling destination. So much so, they bought their house without seeing it in person.
Joseph is from Georgia and Jennifer is from Florida. He loves mountains. She loves beaches (Joseph quickly told us she enjoys Balboa beach — besides, Gulf Shores, Alabama is only about 500 miles south of Hot Springs Village). The couple fell in love with central Arkansas and all the beauty inside and outside Hot Springs Village.
So what do you do when you uproot from Idaho and make the adventurous move to Hot Springs Village? You just do it. And you bring your extended family with you. It’s the perfect union of having the people you love most while you enjoy the place you love most. It’s enough to turn a man green with envy.
Jennifer is a real estate professional at Olive Tree Resources Realty Team. Joseph is a skilled home renovation expert. This young couple are joint partners bringing lots of talent to the Village. A humble southern boy, Joseph downplays his creative abilities in photography and videography, but we’ll let you judge for yourself. We think he’s pretty terrific. Here are 3:30 minutes to prove our point. The title of the video reveals the Stansel family’s admiration of Hot Springs Village, “Why We Love Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.”
Contact Joseph and Jennifer if you have an interest in what they do, and you think they may be able to help you.
We hope you enjoy our conversation with Joseph Stansel, new citizen of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
P.S. Here’s a picture of the VW bus and the wrap that made her a star in Idaho.
